Our picnics are the perfect choice for a romantic date, a marriage proposal, an anniversary, a honeymoon, a birthday, a surprise celebration, or simply to enjoy Madeira's magical beauty together. After all, the most beautiful memories are often born not on a special day, but in a special moment.

Madeira Picnic Moments prepares every picnic exclusively for one couple or one group. We don't think in templates — every occasion is a new story that we create with care, love and attention. Booking is done through our website and is confirmed with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due no later than 24 hours before the picnic begins, so we can prepare every detail to our usual premium standard.

The sooner, the better your chances that your preferred date is still available. This is especially true for sunset picnics, weekends and the high season, when many people want to experience Madeira's most magical moments.

The Madeira Picnic Moments experience lasts 90 minutes. Ninety minutes during which time slows down. Ninety minutes when only the two of you exist. Ninety minutes from which a lifelong memory is born.

Of course. We're happy for you to bring your own favorites to make the picnic even more personal. If you'd rather leave the whole experience to us, you can also choose our exclusive picnic food package. The delicacies are prepared by a carefully selected, quality-checked local partner using fresh ingredients, showcasing Madeira's flavors and culinary specialties. The food package is available for a surcharge of €15 per person.

Madeira is one of the world's most unique islands, where completely different weather can greet you even within a few kilometers. That's why we continuously monitor the weather forecast before every picnic. If the originally chosen location wouldn't offer the magical atmosphere you deserve, we'll suggest another, carefully chosen location. If the weather doesn't allow the picnic to take place anywhere on Madeira, we'll choose a new date together. What matters most to us is that you can calmly give yourself over to the moment — leave the rest to us.

We understand that life sometimes takes unexpected turns. Since we reserve the chosen date exclusively for you, the 50% deposit paid for the booking is non-refundable. If the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the booked date, the deposit is not lost: it can be used for any available date within one year. In case of cancellation within 14 days of the picnic date, the deposit unfortunately can no longer be used for a new date. Flexibility matters to us just as much as your trust, so we always try to find the best solution within our means.
